Hive Software was founded in late 2006 by two software architects Juliusz Zakrzewski and Maksymilian Majer who shared the experience of developing large dedicated systems for the Italian NATO Response Force and Polizia Stradale.
Our team is made up of proven IT specialists and business people, aware of the fact that superb technical skills and procedures are not enough to build a successful software system. Through years of experience we have seen state of the art software solutions fail because of their inability to fit in well with a company's business process and culture. This in turn caused many employees to disregard and abandon them. This is why we have put significant effort into user consultations and training. Such an approach translates into well suited applications and reduces the human resistance to change, that often causes new software deployments to fail.
We have a strong background in Independent Financial Adviser back office software solutions as our field of specialization. Because we outsource commission reconciliation processes for a number of IFA networks we are also users of our own software. This allows us to better grasp the end user's point of view and build a better product.
Our customers often say that Tower is "the nervous system" of their companies, managing business activities at all levels and providing the necessary feedback for efficient decision making.
